Day 1: Arrival at Paro international airport: After your
Arrival at Paro international airport: After your flight land at Paro international airport you will then be received by guide and driver from fly to Bhutan and drive towards Thimphu it takes almost 1 hour to reach Thimphu (2350m), the road passes through Pa Chu and Wang Chu River. Upon reaching Thimphu, we will visit Tashichho Dzong: Means Fortress of Glorious Religion. Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel built it in 1641. It houses the secretariat building, the throne room and the office of the king, and the central monk body. Overnight at hotels in Thimphu.

Day 2: Thimphu (Sightseeing): After an early breakfast
Thimphu (Sightseeing): After an early breakfast, visit Memorial Chorten: this particular Chorten was constructed in 1974 as a memorial for the third King of the country, King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, who is widely regarded as the father of modern Bhutan. You will also get an opportunity to get a glance of Bhutan’s national animal known as the Takin at Mini zoo; this is an extremely rare member of the goat family. Found in herds in the very high altitudes (13,125ft and over). They live on a diet of grass and bamboo. Buddha Point, this place is perfect to take in some truly breathtaking views of the entire city of Thimpu, visit Changangkha Lhakhang, and visit Handicrafts Emporium where one can buy Bhutanese textiles and other arts and crafts. Later at the evening, stroll in Thimphu town.Overnight at hotels in Thimphu.

Day 3: Thimphu –Punakha: after breakfast drive
Thimphu –Punakha: after breakfast drive towards Punakha. We pass through Dochula. On the way, halt at Dochula Pass (26 km) for a hot cup of tea coffee and on a clear day one can view the most spectacular view of the Eastern Himalayas. Upon reaching Punakha visit Punakha Dzong; its full name is “Punthang Dechen Phodrang†or “Palace of Great Happiness†It was built in 1637 AD. Also visit Chimmi Lhakhang for a short hike. Day 4: Punakha-Gangtey (Tshechu): Drive to Phobjikha (Gangtey)
Punakha-Gangtey (Tshechu): Drive to Phobjikha (Gangtey) via pass through Lawala. A very special day, visit Gangtey monastery. A great day to explore and try out different cuisines and games in Tshechu. Tshechu is a time of the year where people from all works of life come to witness this event with their preserved ornaments and hand woven traditional Gho and Kira. You can get to see the true tradition of Bhutan and the Bhutanese in the time of Tshechu. Overnight at hotels/farm house in Phobjikha

Day 5: Phobjikha (Tshechu): Today is yet another day to
Phobjikha (Tshechu): Today is yet another day to explore and enjoy the missed part in the Tshechu. Yet another day to enjoy the local cuisines, music and chams. Overnight at hotels/farmhouse at Phobjikha.

Day 6 : Phobjikha Valley – Paro
Phobjikha Valley – Paro: Today is the long journey; it takes around 5 hours to reach Paro. For lunch we will stop at Dochu-la Pass (10,000 ft). Upon reaching Paro visit the National Museum located near the watch tower (Ta Dzong) of Paro Dzong. After the visit to museum then we will proceed towards the Rinpung Dzong which was built by the founding father of Bhutan Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in the year 1646. Today this fortress houses the administrative seat of the district of Paro and the district monk body with about 200 monks. The central tower (Utse) of the fortress is one of the most beautiful wood works in Bhutan. On the way back from the national museum the Paro village invites you for a stroll through a small town and the market Evening stroll through Paro town for shopping. Overnight at hotels in Paro

Day 7 : Paro [Excursion to Taktsang Monastery]: After the
Paro [Excursion to Taktsang Monastery]: After the breakfast drive to Taktsang for 10km from Paro town. The name Taktsang means "Tiger's Nestâ€. The monastery is perched on a rocky ledge with a sheer drop of nearly 800 mtrs. It is said that in the second half of the 8th century, Guru Padma Sambhav, the second Buddha, alighted here upon the back of a tigress. Lunch at Taktsang cafeteria. The round trip hike takes about 4 hrs. Evening: Casual strolls through Paro Town for shopping and visit some village homes. Overnight at hotels at Paro
