The trip had been thrilling and merit gaining. It was a life time opportunity to visit many important religious sites under Lhasa. The local guides were very helpful and knowledgeable and the agent has arranged the trip very well in all the places that we visited. However, the trip was bit short for personal work like shopping and other site seeing. The last few days could be arranged at Lhasa so that the people have enough time for their own/private business. The field visit itinerary could be bit fine tuned  based on the age of the people. Also limit no. of people for better service and management.  All in all, keep up the good work and the spirit. I look forward to use your agent in future trips, too.
